By accessing, browsing, or using the 999nd platform (available at https://999nd.io and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 999nd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 999nd platform immediately and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account with 999nd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999nd strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 999nd or any recognised responsible gambling body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous 999nd account closed for misconduct or breach of these Terms.

999nd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 999nd, you must complete the account registration process and pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 999nd account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of first registration.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 per transaction require completed KYC verification before processing.
• 999nd may request updated KYC documents at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
• False or misleading information provided during registration or KYC may result in permanent account closure without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999nd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.

999nd strongly recommends that all players enable OTP-based two-factor authentication, which is available in account security settings. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 999nd immediately by contacting [email protected]. 999nd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

• Do not use the same password for 999nd as for other online services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• 999nd will never contact you to request your password or OTP code — any such request is fraudulent.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on 999nd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 999nd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from approved Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits are credited to your 999nd account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Payments section of the Help Centre. 999nd reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• 999nd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are borne by the player.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or free bets are not eligible for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• 999nd will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the same name as the 999nd account holder.

999nd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. General bonus conditions that apply to all 999nd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders who have registered a second account.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion.

By placing a bet or participating in a game on 999nd, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the relevant game or betting market, and that the outcome is determined by chance or by the result of a real-world sporting event. All game outcomes on the 999nd platform are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealers operating from audited studios, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.

Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant real-world event. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 999nd reserves the right to use official data from recognised sports governing bodies — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, and FIFA — as the definitive source of record.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and available for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• 999nd reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds due to a pricing error or data feed fault.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Winnings from real-money bets are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round or event result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999nd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in games or betting markets.
